Guests have access to the whole house, private backyard, private balcony, and free parking on the premises so you only focus on living in the moment.
Additional notes
We are happy to provide everything for the first few days of your trip.. Dish soap, paper towels dishwasher pods, Laundry detergent and softener. Each bathroom has 3 rolls of TP and hand soap . You won't need to rush out to the store right away.

Neighborhood overview
This townhouse offers a quiet residential neighborhood with amazing neighbors and peaceful beaches. The place also offers you a chance to witness the greatness of miles of beaches and amazing rocket launches.

Downtown Cocoa beach with its restaurants, bars, and art galleries is a short drive, as are the great seafood restaurants in port Canaveral.

You can also watch the cruise ships come and go.

Space coast with Kennedy Space Center and Space Force 20 minutes close by, you can watch a rocket launch if you're lucky.

Orlando airport located just at 45 minutes’ drive makes it super easy to get to the townhouse.
Getting around
An easy 6 min walk to the beach via the public beach access. The famous Cocoa Beach pier is a short drive as are the fantastic seafood restaurants at Port Canaveral. Kennedy space station is a must visit experience and just 20 mins away.
